Equine Energy Co-Regulation Session: Your Body is the First Altar

Your nervous system doesn't regulate through more information. It regulates through presence — and there's no better teacher of presence than a horse.

This is a private, one-on-one energy work session held on the land, with one or more of our horses present as your co-regulator(s). You'll settle onto a massage table set in the pasture, surrounded by open sky and the quiet attention of an animal or animals whose own nervous system(s) has nothing to prove. Using crystals, tuning forks, and grounded touch, this session is built around one idea: you don't have to work harder to feel steady. You have to slow down long enough to let your body remember how.

What's included:

• A pre-session call to talk through what you need and answer any questions
• A private table session in the pasture (or our indoor arena, weather-dependent) with a calm, familiar horse or few present throughout
• Crystal placement and tuning fork work, paced to your body's own rhythm
• A quiet integration period and short debrief before you leave

Session length: Roughly 90 minutes on the table, with arrival and integration time bringing the full experience to about 3 hours.

This is a wellness and self-care offering — not a substitute for medical or mental health care, and not a treatment for any condition. It's simply time set aside to let your body be the altar it already is.
